Returns & Exchange

Exchanges & Refunds are available for bralettes/tops only. Honey Bones does not accept returns/exchanges on bottoms for hygiene reasons.

Sale items are final and can not be returned for exchange or refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of receiving the goods.

Items should be in original unworn, unwashed, condition with tags in place to be eligible for a full refund minus the original shipping cost and duties paid. Anything not in the original condition, has clearly been worn, used or marked, will be sent back and not refunded. You must be able to provide proof of purchase. Please try your bottoms on over your underwear for hygiene purposes.

We recommend returning items through trackable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Honey Bones Australia will not be processed.

We understand it can be tricky ordering online. Please email us on hello@honeybones.com.au if you have any sizing queries, and please follow our size guide. If you still find that your selected item is not the correct fit we offer a 14 day return policy for exchange or refund for all items excluding sale.

FAULTY GOODS

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at hello@honeybones.com.au as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process. In this case, please include your name, order number and what item(s) you are returning in the email. Honey Bones Australia will absorb the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty.

Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we deem it to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery and email us with the tracking information to ensure your item is successfully received. 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.

By signing up to our mailing list, you will receive discount codes and promotions from time to time, however, any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences.
